Hacienda Riquelme is built on what was one of the most important Country Estates in Murcia, & it still retains the ancient & noble Hacienda at its heart. La Isla Del Condado: “Live on your own Island!” within the Condado de Alhama 'Super Resort'. Located in the great lake at the heart of the Condado is the island, which is connected to the ‘mainland’ by a bridge & with its own security access control. On the island are just 396 apartments facing the water. The lakeside location provides spectacular views of almost 2 kilometres over the lakes & over the 3 Jack Nicklaus golf courses beyond. These 2 & 3 bedroom apartments have unique views. La Torre as seen on TV is inland on 1.4 million square meters of land in the style of a small self contained town with every facility & service that one needs for day to day living, yet just 15 minutes to the beach. At its heart is the Jack Nicklaus golf course & the magnificent town centre backing on to the lake, a 5 star Interconental hotel & Spa, & even a British School (Kings College). This is a very popular Resort but what is different here is that the least expensive properties have the best positions & the best views; these are the apartments & they are mostly positioned front line golf.

Mar Menor I & II as seen on TV! This was the first ever Polaris World Resort, located 5 minutes drive from the wonderful beaches of the Mar Menor Sea, with what was to become the trademark of all Polaris World Resorts, a Jack Nicklaus golf course at its heart, & in the case of this Resort a 5-star Intercontinental Hotel & Spa as its centrepiece. The original Resort, now called Mar Menor I has been expanded & incorporates the Mar Menor II extension, along with the original 9 holes golf course having been extended to the full 18 holes. Throughout this now large Resort all properties are centred on lush communal gardens with numerous fountains, the overall effect being a feeling of luxurious surroundings.

Los Naranjos de Alhama sits within the ‘Super Resort’ of Condado de Alhama & is located at the northern end looking in to the Jack Nicklaus ‘Signature’ golf course. The apartments face gardens & swimming pools, & along the Resort boundary are rows of villas set in their own grounds. There are some stunning front line apartment blocks here all facing south west that have fantastic views over the golf course, the lakes & hills into the Condado. The properties here are all at incredibly low prices.

Residencial La Goleta is a radical departure from the usual Polaris World business model as this is a small development of apartments outside of but backing on to the Mar Menor I & II Resort. This development is typical of Spanish developments aimed at Spanish property buyers, as the properties are larger than those aimed at the northern European holiday home buyer (the Spanish are less interested in location & views and more interested in how much property they get for their money). Arguably this is the best of all worlds – a larger Polaris World property for less money but with many of the attractions of a Polaris World Resort within walking distance, including front line golf views & the beaches within a 5 minute drive!

Las Terrazas de La Torre consists of apartments & penthouses, & is much closer to the ‘real Spain’ that is to be found in the close-by towns. Built on 1.5 million m2 with green areas & large communal gardens, a Jack Nicklaus 18 hole golf course & a lake are the central features. All properties have front line golf views, yet all are extremely attractively priced, but best of all of the properties on the islands. The properties are some of the least expensive in this part of Spain.
