Introduction
Residential Maribel is another excellent development from the well respected Euromarina Company. Residential Maribel is a tiny development of just 37 properties located on the fringes of the town of Quesada going down to and overlooking the La Mata salt flats nature reserve and just a very short drive from the wonderful beaches of Guardamar. Residential Maribel is a small development, like a very small part of a larger town, maybe like a small suburb, it has an almost ‘self contained’ feel to it, even though it is within the larger Dona Pepa II complex (for more information on the Dona Pepa II complex click on the highlighted text). One thing is for sure, Residential Maribel is close to everything! Residential Maribel is a place where one can live, as well as an excellent location for a holiday home. Residential Maribel is a small intimate development of just 37 townhouses facing into the communal gardens and communal swimming pools complex. Also located within Residential Maribel is EuroMarinas top selling design, their ‘Lola’ townhouse. As usual the EuroMarina ‘signature’ is to be seen throughout; well built properties aimed at an international clientele, not just at the British community, so standards here are high (as an example, over the years and across the various Euromarina developments they have sold 3,000 properties to the Swiss).

Our Personal Opinion
If you want a quality townhouse that is large enough to live in all year long, or for quality holidays, then Residential Maribel is the place for you! Residential Maribel properties are all larger than the usual Spanish norm, and all come with the customary EuroMarina ‘signature’ throughout; well built properties aimed at the discerning international clientele, and not just at the British market, so standards here are high. As with all Euromarina developments Residential Maribel ‘ticks all the right boxes’ so if you want somewhere with it all, in a ‘human scale’ development, next to a town rather than somewhere ‘out in the sticks’ then this is it!

Developer
Euromarina were established in 1972 and have for over 36 years been at the forefront of quality building in this region of Spain every since. When some other builders were building exterior walls in a single bricks and no effective insulation Euromarina were leading the way with double cavity wall construction and with thermal insulation in the cavity. They are not a “pile them high and sell them quickly” impersonal builder, they are a high quality builder with a ‘human face’, a company that simply oozes care and attention to personal needs. Even today they are still a family business, and no salesman here will hard sell anything to you – here a senior member of staff will sit down with you at their head office and discuss your needs and expectations. This is more a meeting of minds than a sales transaction! And doesn’t it feel so good afterwards, a real refreshing change nowadays!

But they are not just a builder of residential and holiday properties, they build commercial properties, shops and hotels too, and they pride themselves not just on the quality of construction, but on the quality of after sales service as well (which is just as important). They build with eco-friendly materials wherever possible and have a trophy cabinet of awards that are the envy of many a builder;
• ‘AQVA Gold’ award for business quality and management 2004.
• ‘AQVA’ award for business quality and management 2002.
•  ‘International Gold Star’ award 2002 for business initiative, technology and innovation in property construction.
• ‘Master de Popularidad’ award 1999 for provincial real estate business.
• ‘Costa Blanca Tourism’ award 1996 for the ‘Conjunto Rocio’ development.
• ‘Business Award 2000’ in 1995 from Centro Hispano Bank, the Valencia Regional Government and the ‘Dinero’ magazine.
• Trophee des Nations’ award 1995 from the European Academy of Tourism in Brussels to recognise the outstanding contribution to the quality tourist trade resulting from the ‘Dona Pepa Estate’ development.
• ‘Costa Blanca Tourism’ award 1994 for the ‘Dona Pepa Estate’ development.
• ‘Costa Blanca Tourism’ award 1991 for the ‘Dona Pepa Estate’ development.
• ‘Torrevieja Tourism’ award 1991 for the ‘Bravo Hills Club’ development.
• ‘Costa Blanca Tourism’ award 1990 for the ‘Pueblo Bravo’ development.

Euromarina own the land, they are the developer and they are the builder – they do not sub contract the building so they can offer quality guarantees throughout.

Euromarina sourced mortgages
We have arranged for clients of spanish home 4u a facility with Euromarina that they could arrange your mortgage via a consortium of banks, subject to the usual lending requirements of the relevant bank of course. This facility offers you almost a ‘one stop shop’ and means that some of the worry could be removed, and certainly it speeds up the entire purchasing process. If you are contemplating funding your purchase with a mortgage we suggest you consider this option as a first priority. It will be quick and an efficient use of your time.

Price range
From €209,500 up to €278,500.

SENIOR properties available?
There are no SENIOR prices on the price list BUT so many of the properties might already be entirely suitable anyway as they are all larger than the usual Spanish norm, and some are absolutely huge! All are well designed. Added to this the ease of access generally and the breadth of facilities near-by these properties might be very suitable for the less able bodied and those of more mature years. For more information on SENIOR properties in Spain click on the highlighted text.

Size and Scale
• Dona Pepa I was finished over 4 years ago and Residential Maribel is built within the Dona Pepa II complex (for more information on the Dona Pepa II complex click on the highlighted text). In Dona Pepa I around 80% of the properties are lived in all year round, 20% are holiday homes, so this is a ‘real place’ as some call it! This is no ghost town out of season!
• Done Pepa II is the name given to the entire complex, but within it are smaller, self contained developments, each with their own style, but all with the customary Euromarina ‘signature’, as Residential Maribel is.
• Just 37 properties.
• Large and spacious gardens and numerous swimming pools.
• All of the properties here are larger than the usual Spanish norm.
• All townhouses are large enough to live in permanently all year through.

If the Residential Maribel pattern follows the Dona Pepa I and Dona Pepa II norm it will be 80% used as permanent homes and 20% of the properties used as holiday homes.
