Jackie & Matty from Ireland and their purchase of a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom villa 'Alcor' at Polaris World El Valle Resort, Costa Calida

(Quote) “We have friends who own a villa at Polaris World El Valle, a place we love as it has an air of exclusivity about it. We set a budget of €300,000 to buy a front line golf apartment or penthouse and booked a 1 day Inspection Trip for the next time that we were going over, staying with our friends as usual. We had been showed 2 bedroom apartments for almost €300,000 and for just another €50,000 we could have an absolutely stunning brand new detached 3 bedroom villa with marble floors and with its own swimming pool! There was no argument, the villa won! Larry and Andy made a number of frantic telephone calls and 10 minutes later we were the proud owners of a villa Alcor … and we saved €150,000!

We can never thank them enough for taking the initiative that day. But the outstanding service from spanish home 4u did not stop there. The following day saw a trip to a Spanish Bank to investigate a Spanish mortgage; a trip to the lawyers office to commence the paperwork to buy the villa; our NIE’s were sorted out for us; and a trip to shops that were reliable sources of TV’s, furniture and household goods was even fitted in. By the end of 3 days almost everything that needed to be done had been done, and all ‘as if by magic!’ as Larry and Andy seem to know their way around everything and everywhere.

Upon returning to Spain a few weeks later to complete the purchase Larry and Andy snagged our property for us, a welcome relief as they took that worry away from us, and they took us to place orders for our furniture, along the way saving us yet more money as Larry and Andy knew where the ‘Summer Sales’ were!

Pete & Linda from York and their purchase of a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom villa 'Enebro' at Polaris World La Torre Resort, Costa Calida 

(Quote) "We had known Andy for over 12 months; he is our key holder on the Polaris World Resort of La Torre in the Costa Calida where we have a beautiful town house. We had purchased this from one of the large inspection trip companies but once they had our contract we did not have much communication with them after that, no help snagging, furniture shopping etc.

When Andy sent us an email letting us know that he was now selling property with his business partner Larry he included some special offers that were just released that day from Polaris World. We love our town house but we wanted to have a large villa in its own plot.

We replied to Andy’s email saying we were coming over to stay in our townhouse in the next few days and would be interested in a villa. We received details of the two and three bed villas, where they were located and with the prices with savings of over 100,000 Euros to say the least we were very interested.

We were the first ones through the door of the Polaris World sales office and upon checking, to our horror, the villa we wanted had gone the night before. Andy and Larry had been right.

We went back to view the remaining three bed villas again but they did not ‘feel right’. We went back to our townhouse feeling really down. Within five minutes there was a knock at the door. Andy and Larry were standing there. Paco from Polaris could see how disappointed we were and had phoned the head office to see if any more 3 bed villas were coming on to the market. One had, but was not even on the price list!

We went round straight away, the villa was in an even better position then the one we wanted and at a better price, we saved over 130,000 Euros "how can we thank Larry and Andy for there support and their contacts without which we would not of been able to get our dream".

The sales process went through very smoothly. To celebrate we enjoyed a lovely meal out at Eduardo’s La Finca thanks to spanish home 4u.
