The villa is on a large plot and it has great 'kerb side appeal' as it looks quite impossing. The villa looks like a house but is really a bungalow (but with that added room on the roof top terrace). General Description of the Area: The complex is located on the fringes of the town of Quesada going down to and overlooking the La Mata salt flats nature reserve and just a very short drive from the wonderful beaches of Guardamar. There is something here for everybody, from apartments to townhouses to chalets to villas … and there are some really massive villas here, aimed squarely at the more discerning buyer. The usual Euromarina ‘signature’ is to be seen throughout; well built properties aimed at an international clientele, not just at the British community, so standards here are high. Located near to the La Mata salt flats nature reserve and within walking distance of it. Medical centre within 30 minutes drive. Numerous hospitals within 15 minutes drive. The regions capital city of Alicante is 30 minutes drive. Our Personal Opinion: There is something here for everybody, from apartments through to really massive villas, all with the customary Euromarina ‘signature’ throughout; well built properties aimed at the discerning international clientele, and not just at the British market, so standards here are high.
