Price Check: These are good sized imposing villas, a lot of property for the price, especially from such a well respected developer. Starting at such a low price for a 252 square meters plot these represent exceptional value for money. They increase in price for the largest plots.

Our Personal Opinion: This has all of the hallmarks of becoming a great development. The prices are not so much ‘1st Phase’ low prices, they are more like ‘Pre-Launch’ prices they are so low. These really are a bargain for properties of this size, and especially so the villas, on such a quality development from such a well respected developer. If these properties are within your price range they are a MUST SEE, they represent such fantastic value for money. With all the planning in place and the 1st phase due to start in quarter 1 of 2008 these represent a good home for investors, buyers of holiday homes and those looking for a permanent residence. Highly recommended!
