The Terrazas de La Torre Jack Nicklaus course is a masterpiece which fits into the overall jigsaw, in that the ‘buy on one, play on all’ concept allows owners and their guests to play on all 9 of the Jack Nicklaus courses on the ‘Nicklaus Golf Trail’. 4 courses are now open, 5 more are to be built, 3 of which are ‘Bear’s Best’ courses, and all 9 are within a 25 km radius of Terrazas de La Torre. A Polaris shuttle bus serves them all. Owners secure discounted green fees. The Polaris slogan “Polaris World offers the best golf opportunity in Europe” seems, if anything, to be an understatement. This property is fantastically located for golf enthusiasts! Cafe, Bars and Restaurants: The Resort will have its own Town Centre which Polaris World aim to create in the form of a “rural village” to include a 13,700 m2 area of restaurants, bars, cafés and shops along with the administration and central offices of the Resort. Polaris plan to build a 10,000 m2 sports facility area to include a gym, swimming pools, a multi-sport court, 2 paddle tennis courts, 2 squash courts, 5 tennis courts, a snack bar and changing rooms along with the Club House built in typical Polaris World style that usually ‘wows’ those that are viewing a Polaris Club House for the first time. The historic Manor House on-site is to be restored to its former glory and once restored will open to include a ‘Chill Out’ bar. Very close by is the established Polaris World La Torre Resort with its many cafés, bars, restaurants and shops, plus its on-site 5-star Intercontinental Hotel. The Spanish town of Roldan is very close by for a traditional inland and unrushed experience. As an owner of a Polaris World property, homeowners become members of the Polaris Club, allowing access to all Polaris World Resorts facilities, be they shops, hotels, sports, spas or golf.
