Our Personal Opinion: This promises to be a really good development, exceptionally keenly priced, well built from a developer who cares, really cares about the end result and pleasing the customer. This is designed to be a development on a human scale, one where there is a real chance of becoming part of a community, not just a resident in a massive sprawling urbanisation. And this is a SENIOR property designed from day 1, not a property later modified to become a SENIOR property.
