General Description of the Area: The Polaris World El Valle Resort, as seen on British TV! Placed against a backdrop of mountains, inland but with views towards the coast, set within the region of Murcia is El Valle. “The Most exclusive Polaris development to date”, “a true landmark of design” and “set in a stunning valley location”. Different to the other Polaris developments as it has S-P-A-C-E. Set in 1,100,000 square meters of undulating land are around 330 detached luxury villas and around 330 apartments, set around a Jack Nicklaus golf course and centred on its own town centre with bars, cafés, restaurants, shops, supermarket, day care centre, business centre, Travel Agent, 24 hour cash machine, 5-star Intercontinental hotel with Spa and fitness centre, Social Club, Golf Club and Pro Shop. Golf: Polaris opted for the best golfer in the World, Jack Nicklaus, to design their courses. There are only 10 Jack Nicklaus Signature golf courses in the whole of Europe … and 9 Jack Nicklaus courses are on Polaris World Resorts. The El Valle Jack Nicklaus course is a masterpiece which fits into the overall jigsaw, in that the ‘buy on one, play on all’ concept allows owners and their guests to play on all 9 of the Jack Nicklaus courses on the ‘Nicklaus Golf Trail’. 3 courses are open, 6 more are to be built, 3 of which are ‘Bear’s Best’ courses, and all 9 are within a 25 km radius of El Valle. A Polaris shuttle bus serves them all. Owners secure discounted green fees. The Polaris slogan “Polaris World offers the best golf opportunity in Europe” seems, if anything, to be an understatement. Next door is Mosa Trajectum, and then a short drive away is peraleja, Roda Golf,La Manga and La Sreena Golf.
Cafe, Bars and Restaurants: Around a 2 to 3 minute drive within the Resort itself lies the club house which is now fully open, with a café, tapas bar, the Social Club and its restaurant, the golf club, pro-shop and a general store selling all day-to-day items, and also the now famous Irish bar with entertainment at weekends. The Town Centre when that opens will have café, bars and restaurants and possibly a spa and hotel.
Beach: The Mediterranean is 25 minutes drive away, and the warm inland sea of the Mar Menor is 30 minutes drive away. In addition Polaris World are going to build a fabulous Beach Club right at the very tip of the magnificent La Manga Strip on the Mar Menor. This fabulous Beach Club will become available to all owners (and their guests) from ALL Polaris World Resorts, and a Polaris World Shuttle Bus will take them there! Hence owning a Polaris World property automatically becomes a ‘Golf AND Beach’ property prospect. Our Personal Opinion: THE best value property in the area not just the Resort. Ultra modern design villa with pool on a 5 star Resort, what more can you ask for? This villa will sell F-A-S-T!
