General Description of the Property: Good sized townhouse with some luxury touches ... but not with the luxury price tag! Front garden leads to the front terrace. Good sized living accomodation on the ground floor, a turning staircase leading off up to the 1st floor. Downstairs WC. Good kitchen leading out to the rear garden with its store room AND room to park a car. Upstairs is a luxury bathroom with a corner bath, 2 bedrooms each with fitted wardrobes and a great terrace leading off the front bedroom.
General Description of the Area: Another excellent development from the well respected Euromarina Company. The complex is located on the fringes of the town of Quesada going down to and overlooking the La Mata salt flats nature reserve and just a very short drive from the wonderful beaches of Guardamar. This is however a somewhat different development, it is like a small suburb of a larger town, it has an almost ‘self contained’ feel to it, even though it is within the larger Dona Pepa II complex. One thing is for sure, it is close to everything! This is a place where one can live, as well as an excellent location for a holiday home. It is a small intimate development of townhouses set around the communal swimming pools with detached villas set behind them, along the edge of the development. Also located here is EuroMarinas top selling design, their ‘Lola’ townhouse. As usual the EuroMarina ‘signature’ is to be seen throughout; well built properties aimed at an international clientele, not just at the British community, so standards here are high.

Cafe, Bars and Restaurants: The town of Quesada is within walking distance and it has numerous cafés, bars, restaurants, shops, tennis courts, gym, social clubs etc. A luxury hotel and spa is within walking distance.The town of Torrevieja is within 15 minutes drive and it has countless cafés, bars, restaurants, shops, hotels, a daily fish market, a huge weekly street market and in the summer months a nightly artisans market, a famous Church, 2 marinas, boat excursions, museums, theatres, cinemas, bowling alleys, countless sports facilities, a water park and is a generally a very bustling and lively place with residents living in and around it from most northern European countries. It is also very Spanish, having by far the greater proportion of its residents as native Spaniards. Bus service to nearby towns. Located near to the La Mata salt flats nature reserve and within walking distance of it. Medical centre within 30 minutes drive. Numerous hospitals within 15 minutes drive. The regions capital city of Alicante is 30 minutes drive.
Beach: Located within 10 minutes drive of the fabulous beaches of Guardamar (for more information click on the item ‘Guardamar’ in the left menu under the bullet point ‘Places of Interest’).
Our Personal Opinion: If you want a quality townhouse or a quality detached villa large enough to live in all year long, or for quality holidays, then Residencia Manuela is the place for you! The properties are all larger than the usual Spanish norm, and all come with the customary EuroMarina ‘signature’ throughout; well built properties aimed at the discerning international clientele, and not just at the British market, so standards here are high. As with all Euromarina developments Residencia Manuela ‘ticks all the right boxes’ so if you want somewhere with it all, in a ‘human scale’ development, next to a town rather than somewhere ‘out in the sticks’ then this is it! And whilst many builders will put in a swimming pool, some grass and a few palm trees, Residencia Manuela is centred around wonderful communal gardens with numerous swimming pools.
