Price Check: For a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom semi-detached property of such a large size this is a good price ... but more than that is the fact that this is property has the size of a large villa, without the running costs of a large villa!
General Description of the Property: Very large semi-detached townhouse having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms split over 2 floors with a 3rd floor solarium. Gardens at the front, side and rear AND 3 terraces! Large living area on ground floor with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. This is a real residents community of just 170 properties within a gated and secure perimeter … which makes it sound small and remote … but it is within the Dona Pepa II complex, so it is close to everything! Golf: La Marquesa Golf Course is possibly within walking distance, but is certainly just a short drive away. Albamar is within what has become the ‘New Costa del Golf’ with 15 courses within a 25 kilometre radius.
Cafe, Bars and Restaurants: The town of Quesada is within walking distance and it has numerous cafés, bars, restaurants, shops, tennis courts, gym, social clubs etc. A luxury hotel and spa is within walking distance.The town of Torrevieja is within 15 minutes drive and it has countless cafés, bars, restaurants, shops, hotels, a daily fish market, a huge weekly street market and in the summer months a nightly artisans market, a famous Church, 2 marinas, boat excursions, museums, theatres, cinemas, bowling alleys, countless sports facilities, a water park and is a generally a very bustling and lively place with residents living in and around it from most northern European countries. It is also very Spanish, having by far the greater proportion of its residents as native Spaniards. Bus service to nearby towns. Located near to the La Mata salt flats nature reserve and within walking distance of it. Medical centre within 30 minutes drive. Numerous hospitals within 15 minutes drive. The regions capital city of Alicante is 30 minutes drive.
Beach: Located within 10 minutes drive of the fabulous beaches of Guardamar (for more information click on the item ‘Guardamar’ in the left menu under the bullet point ‘Places of Interest’).
Our Personal Opinion: If you want a quality townhouse or apartment that is large enough to spend more than just a week in then Albamar is the place for you! The properties are all larger than the usual Spanish norm, and all come with the customary EuroMarina ‘signature’ throughout; well built properties aimed at the discerning international clientele, and not just at the British market, so standards here are high. As with all Euromarina developments Albamar ‘ticks all the right boxes’ so if you want somewhere with it all, in a ‘human scale’ development, next to a town rather than somewhere ‘out in the sticks’ then this certainly is it! And whilst many builders will put in a swimming pool, some grass and a few palm trees, Albamar is set around wonderful communal gardens with numerous swimming pools, some interconnecting with waterfalls! This really is something different and there is a real feeling of homeliness here, in fact it has an ‘Owners Club’ feel to it.
