Outside of the 3 Molinos Resort are another 6 courses within a 2 to 15 minutes drive. Further are a total of 15 courses within a 25 minute drive. This region is the ‘New Costa del Golf’. Cafe, Bars and Restaurants: 3 Molinos Resort will have its own extensive Town Centre with shops, cafés, bars, restaurants, a hotel, spa, a business centre, an art gallery, a theatre, an International School, a horse riding centre and Stud, tennis courts and Tennis Academy, etc, and even a medical centre. Opposite the entrance to 3 Molinos is Polaris World La Torre with its own Town Centre with cafés, bars, restaurants and shops. It also has its own British School. On one side of 3 Molinos Resort is Polaris World’s flagship Resort of El Valle with its leisure and dining facilities and on the other side other new developments each with their own leisure and dining facilities. 5 to 10 minutes drive from numerous small Spanish towns; Roldan, Balsicas, San Cayetano with their cafés, bars, restaurants, shops, chemists, Churches etc. Beach: The Mediterranean is 20 minutes drive away, and the warm inland sea of the Mar Menor is 15 minutes drive away. Our Personal Opinion: 3 Molinos is a unique Resort, being built by the Mediterraneo Hispa Group S.A. and what a Resort! Sometimes others claim to have built a “Resort” but all that they have added is a café, bar, a small restaurant, a shop and a golf course. Here at 3 Molinos the word “Resort” has true depth and breadth to it – no other “Resort” offers so much. The properties are 1st class and range from apartments to townhouses to villas, most with stunning views over the golf course … which even if you are not a golf fan the view has to be far better than looking at your neighbours wall! It has everything – there is something here for everyone… and unique in this part of Spain is the fact that all this is NOT based upon the builder going to the bank for a mortgage, but private money from one of Spain’s wealthiest families, headed by Josefina Alcaraz Marin, a formidable business woman who will not be swayed from building the dream that she has steadfastly created from scratch.
