Our Personal Opinion: 3 Molinos is a unique Resort, being built by the Mediterraneo Hispa Group S.A. and what a Resort! Sometimes others claim to have built a “Resort” but all that they have added is a café, bar, a small restaurant, a shop and a golf course. Here at 3 Molinos the word “Resort” has true depth and breadth to it – no other “Resort” offers so much. The properties are 1st class and range from apartments to townhouses to villas, most with stunning views over the golf course … which even if you are not a golf fan the view has to be far better than looking at your neighbours wall! It has everything – there is something here for everyone… and unique in this part of Spain is the fact that all this is NOT based upon the builder going to the bank for a mortgage, but private money from one of Spain’s wealthiest families, headed by Josefina Alcaraz Marin, a formidable business woman who will not be swayed from building the dream that she has steadfastly created from scratch. And yes, she will be living here too!
