Our Personal Opinion: This is a truly stunning property with ‘Wow-Factor’! Fantastically located, very well appointed and at such an attractive price! What a bargain to get on to El Valle, Polaris Worlds jewel in the crown. This is a ‘MUST SEE’ property for the discerning buyer. Once the shopping area and the hotel are complete our opinion is that villas here will increase in value. Also the outside covered areas lend themselves to be converted into additional rooms (at very low cost).
